This soilitaire aces up game is a challenging one deck solitaire game. Aces up solitiare rules are simple, however the game is difficult to beat.
| Players: 1 | Type: Solitaire | Supplies: 1 Deck |
The objective of aces up is to discard all cards until there is only aces left. When cards match in suit, the lowest ranking cards are discarded.
Deal a row of four face up cards to form the tableau. Place the remaining deck face down to form the stock.
(Highest Rank) Ace, King, Queen, Jack, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 (Lowest Rank)
Only the top cards of each of the four tableau piles are available for play. If there are two cards available for play
that are matching in suit, discard the card that has the lowest rank. When a tableau pile becomes empty, any top card of
another tableau pile may be moved to this empty space.
When no more moves are available, deal one new card on top of each of the four tableau piles. Continue to remove the
lowest card in matching suits. When the stock is out and there are no more available moves, the game is over.
If all cards are discarded except for the four aces, the game is won. If the player runs out of available moves and there are more than the four aces in the tableau, the game is lost.
